ABOUT OUR JEWELRY

Each piece of jewelry is designed, and slow-made by hand. Colors are hand mixed, rolled out, individually cut, sanded and polished. Pattern and design can vary from piece to piece especially when working with multicolored designs, gradients and marbling. Polymer clay earrings are very lightweight and are easy on the ears for long wear.

All orders ship with a single Darling Little Pouch. Additional pouches and gift boxes are available for a small additional charge.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Polymer clay is a non-toxic medium that is very durable but needs to be handled with care. Careful not to bend your earrings and store them from other sharp objects as the surface may scratch.

Clean with a damp soft cloth. If more is needed, carefully use an acetone wipe and rub gently. Aggressive rubbing may cause color or pattern removal.

Stocked product ships within 2-3 business days.

Made to order product ships within 5-7 business days.

All domestic orders will ship free via First Class mail. For additional charges, other shipping options are available.

Once the product is dropped and marked fulfilled by the USPS, Hey Darling Collective is no longer responsible for the product.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We gladly will accept returns and exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping and items must be in its original condition.

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

We currently do not accept cancellations

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom or personalized orders.

SUSTAINABLE COMMITMENT

At Hey Darling Collective, we are committed to being as sustainable as possible.

We currently use 100% recycled shipping boxes, kraft paper packaging tape to make recycling your boxes easier, and our packaging filler is made of recycled eco-friendly paper and all dyes and inks are non-toxic and water soluble.

All earring cards are made from sustainable source, elemental chlorine free (ECF)

All earring pouches are made from single-sided, digitally printed in the US or Germany using eco-friendly water-based inks.
